With 12 years of building
industry experience in Australia, Graham joined Replica
in 1981 as Sales Manager. He redefined the Replica design
philosophy and introduced sympathetic renovations and
extensions alongside the successful new homes area.
In 1989 Graham returned after
3 years developing his own commercial projects. He played
a major role re-launching Replica as a nationally recognised
name.

Denise graduated in 1989,
and worked for several large practices on projects as
varied as the Auckland Casino, Auckland International
Airport and the National Bank refurbishments.
In addition to her extensive
commercial experience, Denise has a real passion for homes
of character, and, prior to her study, restored two family
homes, the first a 100 year old cottage in Ashurst, the
second a large original villa in New Plymouth.
